During my time there, I was able to improve my Japanese reading, listening, and speaking skills. In addition, I got to explore the beautiful landmarks that Fukuoka has to offer, along with learning about the city’s history and cultures.
Every day in the program was a new adventure filled with fun and new friendships. I made friendships with both people from my current school and students at KSU that will last a lifetime. I already plan on going back to Fukuoka to reconnect with some friends I have made. My time at KSU will never be forgotten and the memories I have made there are ones that I keep close to my heart.
